Social Event or a Wine Class at home for your guests.
- Taste A Flight of Wines – carefully selected for your special theme. Education starts off with learning proper wine tasting technique. Then each wine is tasted and we learn about understanding bottle labels, grape varietal(s), region, winery information and, finally, successful, confident ordering of wines at a restaurant. FOR STARTERS: It is no longer customary to smell the cork!
- Lots of eye balling, swirling, swishing and sipping!
- I am available on hand throughout the event to answer questions.
- Tasting Notes listing the name and region each wine along with detailed description
- Each wine can be carefully paired with delicious, artisan cheeses to match each wine's style, intensity and regionality.
Live cooking demonstration in your kitchen teaming up with your personal sommelier.
- Talented and gifted chef will perform an interactive cooking demonstration for your guests to watch or participate if they wish! Your personal sommelier, Kim Knoell, will guide each pairing with amazing wines that capture the food's regionality, intensity and flavors.
