Where are the tastings hosted?
Anywhere you wish! Your place of business, private residence, yacht, winery, restaurant or hotel banquet room.

What is the wine selection used for the tasting?
I carefully select the flight of wines based on the event's budget or any specific client requests. Wines can come from your personal wine cellar, one of my favorite wine shops, or from the restaurant/hotel where the event is being held.

Are there cheese pairings?
Wine and cheese pairings are magical when it's done just right. I carefully pair delicious, artisan cheeses to match each wine's style, intensity and regionality.

Is catering available?
Yes! I will arrange for incredible chefs to craft their magic for you. I also handle any type of rental that you will need from tables, linens, china, chairs to flower arrangements.
